• Blue Sage: Can be used in a ritual ceremonies for cleansing your space or aiding in meditation. 
• Yerba Santa: Burned to honor ancestors, enhance psychic abilities, protection
• White California Sage: Known for driving out negativity, bad energy, and spiritually cleansing your space. 
• Palo Santo Wood Stick: used to cleanse negativity similar to sage. Shifts energy in a room. It is considered “Holy Wood”. Sustainably harvested in Peru from fallen branches.

What do they smell like?

• Blue Sage:  herbaceous and floral, similar to Lavender. Probably the softest scent of the bunch.
• Yerba Santa: When burned, it has a nice and purifying scent. Uplifting. Some describe it as a sweet smell.
• White Sage: herbaceous and woodsy. Stronger than its Blue sage relative.
• Palo Santo Wood – My personal favorite! Hints of citrus, pine, cedar, and cinnamon. 

What is the purpose of Smudging?
